Room in a shared flat

The apartment is modernly equipped with a kitchen (incl. dishwasher), bathroom, living room and a practical storage room. The available room is generously sized, features parquet flooring and its own balcony, which provides plenty of light and additional space. A cellar compartment is also available for everything else that might be in the way. The location is quiet, while at the same time you are at the station in just 15 minutes by bus. In 5 minutes you can reach the Aare or the forest on foot – ideal for walks, sports or simply to relax. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the cellar and are generally available without problems. I am looking for a female or male flatmate between 18-25 years old, ideally a student and non-smoker. I think it would be appropriate if you were also a rather quiet person who has no preference for house parties and sees the apartment as a place of retreat. However, if you would also occasionally feel like having a games or movie night (bonus points for a reading evening 😊), I would be happy about it. It is simply important to me that everyone can be themselves and feels comfortable. I am Ella, 23 years old and a student. In terms of character, I am a rather quiet and introverted person. In my free time, I like to read, dedicate myself to my sewing projects, watch series and I am also a passionate sports spectator – from football to curling, there is basically nothing I don't watch.
