Room in a shared flat

I am Miro and am looking for a subtenant for my beautiful apartment at Mittelstrasse 18. I am 33, very fond of hiking and cycling, enjoy game nights, and like to cook Italian and Asian cuisine. Furthermore, I am politically active in the SP Biel and am clearly left-leaning (anti-capitalist). I enjoy reading political literature. I am often on the go and meet friends of mine; sometimes I also invite people over. The 3.5 room apartment is spacious and very beautiful. It has a large balcony with a grill. The room that I am subletting is the larger of the two bedrooms and has its own balcony. The stated rent includes everything: Serafe fees, electricity, service charges, and net rent. I am looking for someone who also appreciates a certain level of cleanliness and is not completely untidy (no fear, I am not super fastidious, but I like to live comfortably). I am also open to commuters and people who only want a room for a few nights per week in Biel. In that case, I am prepared to charge less money.
