Room in a shared flat

Hello you:)

Unfortunately, I am moving out in November and am therefore looking for a successor for our shared apartment. We are Nina (24, midwife) and Emma (22, medical student), whereby I (Emma) am moving out.

It is very cozy with us. Your future room will be approx. 10 m² and is super spacious. The entire apartment is furnished cozily and of course you are welcome to bring your own furniture. In total, it is about 60 m².

We have 2 balconies, which are super large and from which you also have a beautiful view. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, an oven and very much space.
The bathroom has a large bathtub and also has daylight through windows.

To get into the city, you basically just have to drive down the mountain and are as good as right in the middle of it. You can also go for walks super well in this area. Directly next to the house is a small lake.
Also a small supermarket is less than 200 m away and the gas station is directly next to the house, in case you should have forgotten something ;)

A cellar compartment is also available and the washing machine and dryer are located there for shared use. Outside in front of the house there is also a bicycle parking space.
