A bright treatment room in our hair and cosmetics studio in Bern Bümpliz. 15.19 m², fully glazed front side with frosted glass film and folding shutters, providing daylight with full privacy, in a house that was core-renovated in 2020.

You bring what your profession requires. Everything else is ready, and truly everything: from the electric wellness couch to the cleaning staff to the cartridges in the printer.

Your room is fully furnished. Electric wellness couch, table, two chairs, shelving unit, a tall cupboard with four doors, private sink, fresh towels are always ready. A Sonos Box plays your music, an area for your logo is reserved on the glass front, you work under your own name, and there is space for your things. This winter, the room will receive its own, permanently installed air conditioning, which you can control yourself. After this summer, everyone will know what it is worth: it will remain pleasant with you, no matter how hot it gets outside, for you and for the person on your couch.

We take care of the rest. Our cleaning staff cleans your room, the toilets, and the entire house; at night, our robot vacuums additionally. Coffee, water, detergent, paper, and cartridges are handled by us; you don't have to reorder anything. If something breaks, we have it repaired; the building and our furnishings are insured. When we change the bed linens in the house, we will do yours too. And if I walk through in the evening and see something that isn't right, I will fix it. You do your treatments, we do the rest.

And you never have to jump forward. As long as we are here, your clientele will be welcomed at the reception, given a seat in the waiting area or the outdoor lounge, and a cappuccino from our Franke fully automatic machine, while you are still working. You collect them when you are ready. We introduce you on Instagram, place your business cards at the reception, and recommend you.

For whom

Our focuses are balayage and blonde tones as well as device-based skin rejuvenation. So, people who are doing something for themselves come in and out of our studio every day. If your offer fits this, your next client might already be in our house.

For the vacant room, we are looking for someone who complements us: medical massage, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, osteopathy, naturopathy, nutritional counseling. And gladly also something we haven't thought of yet.

Your specialty, your prices, your clientele, and your decisions remain your business. Even so, you are not alone. Sometimes it is quiet, sometimes business is running.

Conditions

CHF 595 per month for a fixed weekday, for example every Tuesday. Each additional day costs the same amount extra; how many days you take, you decide. A fixed weekday is four to five working days per month, so around 137 francs per day, and everything mentioned above is included in that. One invoice per month, nothing else.

No rental deposit. Indefinite contract, six months notice period.
