• The house is located in a natural green oasis and yet central. In 7 min by bike to the lake or in the Konstanz city center. In 5 min in the Kreuzlingen city center
• Shared flat life takes place on 2 floors (170sqm living space inside), with a total of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 2x hallway and living room. Outside approx. 100 sqm with balcony and terrace.
• The house is from the 16th century and has solid equipment: washing machine, dryer, shower, bathtub, oven, stove, dishwasher, parking space in front of the door as well as a cellar
• Your room has a view of a small waterfall in winter and a view into the greenery in summer

Included in the rental costs of 620 are:

• Electricity, Serafe, internet, installment for hot water and heating,
• We also afford ourselves a domestic helper, which costs 65 CHF per month/person incl. the cleaning agents for the washing machine, vacuum cleaner and for cleaning, as well as trash bags and comes 1/week to clean the common rooms incl. the two bathrooms.
• We are looking for an open-minded person who wants to help shape and participate in the shared flat life. At the same time, there is always room to stay alone, of course.
• we also rent - the house does not belong to us. There is the option instead of subletting to also be included in the rental agreement.
• We are open and look forward to getting to know you. Whether temporary or permanent does not matter at first. Non-binding viewing possible at any time.
