5 ½ rooms single house

I (female, retired) would like to rent a terraced single-family house in Schlossbungert in Zizers in order to create a cozy three-person shared apartment (WG). For this purpose, I am looking for two sympathetic roommates who can imagine living together with me. The definitive rental of the house has not yet taken place and, for me, requires finding a second person. The third person would be a subtenant. The rent per person is 1‘100 Fr.- per month. An uncomplicated, respectful, and pleasant coexistence is important to me. We can gladly discuss the exact design of the shared apartment together.
