The beautiful and cozy 4-room apartment is located in district 3, 5 minutes from Sihlcity / Brunau. A very quiet location in the green with excellent public transport links. Stops are located in the immediate vicinity of Uetlihof / Tram 13 and Binz. We are looking for a quiet and tidy person. Cleanliness is very important to us, as well as a friendly, tolerant, and conscious coexistence. You share the apartment with Mehdi, m, 44. He is a former professional volleyball player, currently working on his dream and is very sporty active in his free time. Annemarie is 25 years old, comes from Germany and is moving to Zurich on July 1st, where she will start her job as an architect. In her free time, she likes to be creative, reads a lot, goes to the gym and bakes with passion. She appreciates both quiet evenings and social activities like playing cards. If you have a stable income, are generally balanced and reliable, then we look forward to hearing from you. This is not a purpose-built shared flat and not a party shared flat.
