The room is basically rented unfurnished; however, individual pieces of furniture can be taken over if there is interest. The house You are not just living in a room, but in a spacious house with plenty of space. All communal rooms can be shared: kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, cellar, attic, garden, terrace as well as the covered seating area by the garden. The outdoor area is particularly beautiful: there is a large terrace, a garden, a small balcony and additionally much usable area around the house. We like a communal atmosphere with occasional shared dinners, barbecues, garden projects or spontaneous conversations; at the same time, it is equally important to us that each person has their privacy and can also withdraw. We are looking for an uncomplicated, open and reliable person who does not want to live completely anonymously on the side, but rather has a desire for pleasant coexistence in a house-WG.
