Room in a shared flat

Are you looking for a cozy shared flat room? From October, a cozy 11.4 square meter room will become available at our place in Spannortstrasse. The 4.5 room apartment is a maisonette apartment. Thus, it extends over two floors, which means that you could also withdraw to the lower floor during parties and have your peace. The apartment has a top location, is located in the Neustadt, and is surrounded by great bars, the Neubad, and many cafés. Despite the central location, it is a very quiet neighborhood. You would even be able to sleep with your window open ;). By bicycle, you are at the station in less than 5min, on foot it is 10min at a brisk pace. About us: You will live together with three roommates. Linda (21) works in a bar, Marco (27) studies at the HSLU, and Sämi (28) is employed. Cleanliness and mutual consideration are important to us. We are looking for an open and sympathetic person who enjoys maintaining a cozy togetherness. The shared flat is also currently undergoing some reorganization, so if you would be interested in enriching it with furniture or your ideas, we would be very happy!
