Campus Muristalden is renting a spacious, 4-room apartment (old building) on the 1st floor, in an attractive location above the Bärenpark, from 1 November 2026 to 30 June 2027.
The apartment is suitable as a temporary home for a family, several adults, or a shared apartment.
The centerpiece of the apartment is the exceptionally large living room of around 52 m². In addition, there are three separate rooms, a separate modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as generous corridor and ancillary areas. A private washing machine is located in the apartment. The rooms correspond to an older standard of finish and will not be renovated before rental.

Location
Campus Muristalden is located near the center above the Bärenpark, between Kirchenfeld and Schosshalde. On one side, the apartment looks out onto the campus with its playground and pergola, and on the other side into the Liebegg/Schosshalde residential area. The Liebegg bus stop (Line 12) is located directly at the campus and offers a quick connection to Bern city center. The apartment is located in a school building. During school hours, the campus is correspondingly lively during the day; in the evenings and on weekends, it is quiet.
