Room in a shared flat

Two unfurnished rooms are becoming available: Room 1: 18.2 m^2 = 900 CHF incl. NK (available from 15. September 2026) Room 4: 14.4 m^2 = 840 CHF incl. NK (available from 1. Oktober 2026) Our spacious 5.5-room maisonette apartment offers 157 m^2 of living space as well as a 37 m^2 balcony. It features two bathrooms, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a pantry for additional storage space. Additionally, there is a laundry tower in the second bathroom. We are looking for two open-minded people between 25 and 35 years old, so that we are four people again. Currently, there are two of us: Jerome (30), Software Engineer, and Patricia (30), Legal Assistant. Parking spaces can be rented in the underground garage. 300 meters from the Herti tram stop 30 minutes by public transport or bicycle to Zürich HB.
