Room in a shared flat

WG room in Horgen from 1 October The room is located on the ground floor and has a large window with a view of the greenery. The rent is 827 Fr. including service charges. In addition, there are costs for electricity, waste disposal and Serafe, which are shared within the WG. Some furniture can be taken over upon request. The room can be taken over as a sublet room. The apartment was built in 2021 and features a living room, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with toilet and shower or bathtub, as well as a separate WC. There is also a cellar compartment. Two washing machines are used together with the neighbors. The WG is located in a neighborhood with social and ecological goals. Interaction in the neighborhood is desired, but not mandatory. Additionally, there is a community garden, individual beds, rentable e-bikes, a fitness room and Mobility cars right next door. Private car ownership is not allowed according to the rental agreement. With public transport, you can reach Horgen station in approx. 5 minutes and the forest with mountain ponds and Vita-Parcours in approx. 20 minutes. We are: Your roommates are Viktoria (28, teacher) and her partner Robert (26, engineer). With work, leisure and hobbies, we are often busy, nevertheless we enjoy meeting in the kitchen in the evening. We have a duty roster with weekly changing tasks. We are open-minded and sociable, but also value time alone. We are looking for: From 1 October, we are looking for a roommate (male or female) for at least 6 months, who is tidy, reliable and independent, ideally with existing WG experience. It is nice if you value your personal space, but at the same time also feel like having dinner together occasionally, doing something or simply chatting in the kitchen when the opportunity arises.
