Room in a shared flat

We are forming a new 3-person shared apartment (WG) as of August 2026 in a freshly renovated 3-bedroom apartment in Neuheim (ZG). The apartment was repainted and fitted with new floors before our move-in. Since the shared apartment is being newly established, the common rooms will be furnished step by step. This offers you the opportunity to contribute your ideas and create a pleasant living atmosphere together with us. **The room:** • Private bedroom with approx. 10 m2 • Move-in by arrangement, earliest from 01.08.2026 **The apartment:** The apartment is located on the ground floor of a single-family house (access via some steps). There is only one other self-contained apartment with one neighboring party in the house. Available for shared use: * Kitchen * Living room * Winter garden * Concreted garden seating area in front of the winter garden * Cellar * Bathroom with WC, washbasin and bathtub/shower * Additional WC with washbasin * Laundry room (shared with the self-contained apartment) Additionally, there is around 80 m2 of garden area around the house for which the WG is responsible. **Parking spaces:** Two outdoor parking spaces as well as one single garage are available. One to two spaces are already allocated. The remaining parking possibilities can be arranged as needed. **Who we are:** * **Laurent (24):** works as a cook in Zug. Due to his irregular working hours, he is often not home until late in the evening. His partner will also occasionally stay overnight with him. In his free time, he is involved in various clubs. He grew up in Steinhausen. * **Nils (21):** works as a service technician and is also a volunteer in clubs as well as with the Freiwillige Feuerwehr Neuheim. He grew up in Neuheim. Since we are both moving in at the same time, we are starting from scratch together. We will plan furniture for the common rooms, internet, TV, and other organizational topics together. We are uncomplicated, spontaneous, ready to compromise, and wish for someone who fits well with this relaxed togetherness. **Costs:** * Room price: 1000.- CHF monthly incl. utilities * Parking space as needed 80.- CHF monthly If you feel like being part of a new WG from the beginning and building a cozy home together, we look forward to your message.
