Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone
I am looking for a subtenant until about the end of January 2027 (by arrangement).

But first, a bit about me:
I am Nayara (25) and I live with my 2 cats in a 3 1/2 old building apartment with a communal garden. I enjoy quiet evenings and like spending time cooking, eating, doing yoga, walking, and crocheting.
By the way, I would be very happy if you enjoy playing card games ;)

Now to the room: The room is located at the rear of the house and is very quiet. It can be taken furnished or can be designed by yourself. In addition, there is a living room, bathroom, and kitchen for shared use.
The location is also very practical, as you can reach the train station in 15 minutes on foot and there is a bus stop directly opposite. Shopping facilities are also reachable on foot.

The two cats (Tofu & Kardamom) are house-trained, trusting, and playful.
