We are travelling for 6 months and are looking for someone to take our room while we're away and treat it like a home. Price and date is negotiable.

• bedroom 1 = 17.5m², bedroom 2 (this one) = 13.5m²
• 2 bathrooms: 2 separate showers plus 1 bathtub
• 2 very big balconies
• Private cellar compartment for storage
• Own washing machine and dryer in the cellar: no shared laundry!
• Home gym area in the cellar
• Shared bike room

Fully furnished to a high standard, with the furniture currently being upgraded throughout.

Terms

• Duration: 6 months from 22 October to 22 April (we can be flexible with dates if needed)
• We are also renting the smaller bedroom out - so if you are looking in a pair this would be amazing! The first room is bigger and costs CHF2,000pm.
• Cleaner: We have a lovely cleaner who comes every 2 weeks and we require you keep her so that the apartment stays clean (CHF 200 per month).
• All other utilities (e.g. nebenkosten, internet, electricity, serafe) are already included in the price.

We simply ask that you treat the apartment with the same care we do!
