Room in a shared flat

I am subletting my room in our 5-person shared flat in Zürich for four months – from now until the end of January 2027.

Your room is 12.8 m² in size and part of a spacious apartment on the 8th floor – with no one above us and a beautiful view over Zürich.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, a large and cozy living and dining room and, as a highlight, a huge balcony with a wonderful view.

We are a mixed, relaxed shared flat and are ideally looking for a male person between 20 and 28 years old who, for the four months, is not just looking for a room, but also a cool shared flat life. We enjoy doing things together and are more like friends than pure roommates. In the summer, we also like to have the occasional shared flat party.

At the same time, a clean and pleasant apartment is important to us. We have a cleaning plan and additionally, a cleaning lady comes every two weeks for the common rooms. The cleaning help, as well as all other costs, from WLAN to waste disposal, are included in the costs.

The location is great: Sihlcity is approx. 5 minutes away on foot, directly downstairs in the building there is a Migros as well as Denner, a pharmacy and other shops. The tram stops practically directly in front of the front door.
