A room in our shared flat will become available from 01.01.2027. The room is 16m² large and bright.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, as well as a cozy living room and a balcony.

The WG is located in Affoltern am Albis and is well connected to public transport. Shopping facilities are reachable within a few minutes' walk.

You will share the apartment with me. I am 26 years old, female, and studying at the PHZH.
An enjoyable and respectful coexistence is important to me. Therefore, I am looking for a person (female - between approx. 23 and 35) who is clean and tidy and values keeping the common rooms well-maintained.

Rent: CHF 1030 per month (incl. utilities)
Move-in: from 01.01.2026 or by arrangement.
