Room in a shared flat

From 03 October or by arrangement, a room is becoming available in our shared flat! We are looking for an open and uncomplicated person between 24 and 30 years old who is interested in relaxed cohabitation.

We live in an apartment at Rohrerstrasse 41, slightly outside the Old Town. The train station and the Old Town are easily reachable by bike (approx. 5’) and on foot (approx. 15’). There are also shopping facilities nearby (Coop, Aldi). Our apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story building. The apartment has three rooms, a living room (currently being redesigned), an equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), two WCs (incl. own tumble dryer/washing machine), a balcony and a very large terrace. The rent is 609CHF.- (in addition to this are utility costs such as heating costs, Serafe fees and green waste subscription).

Your room is approx. 16m2 in size.

Who we are:

Elia (28j.) has been part of the WG since the beginning! He has just completed his studies in Social Work and works in this field. In his free time, he does sports (bouldering, sailing, diving), engages in creative activities or tries out a new dish in the kitchen (and then invites his roommates to dinner). Hannah (25j.) has already chosen this WG twice. She is studying an interdisciplinary Master's at various universities and works on the side. She is a regular at the Stadtbibliothek Aarau, is a frequent public transport user and meets up with friends.

Uncomplicated cohabitation is important to us. We pay attention to cleanliness (chore plan), mutual respect and also enjoy spending time together. We enjoy living together very much and are not a purely functional WG. We cook and eat together every now and then, spend time on the terrace or simply lose ourselves in kitchen conversations. But there are also days when you live past each other or simply want to withdraw.
