We are exchanging our 2.5 room apartment in Kreis 4 for at least a 3.5 room apartment in the districts: 3, 4, 5, possibly also the neighborhoods Unterstrass/ Oberstrass or Wipkingen (if the apartment fits, other urban areas might also be considered). We are a young family (Céline, Aaron with our 10 month old son Laszlo and our dog Branko) Pets must therefore be allowed. We are in no rush, looking for the perfect apartment for us. Ideally a maisonette, a private roof terrace or other special features. We wouldn't say no to a house either, so the outskirts might also be a topic... one is allowed to dream a little :) Our apartment is located right by Helvetiaplatz and is therefore very central. It is beautiful and it almost hurts a little to leave it. The roof terrace is shared, but is used most frequently by us. The washing machine and tumble dryer are also shared, but are right next to the apartment and since there is no washing schedule, you can actually always wash. Additionally, you enter the apartment via a fingerprint scanner, which is very cool. The neighbors are treasures and there is a cafe on the ground floor.
