Room in a shared flat

Hello, I am offering a modern, furnished residential room for subletting from now until the end of November. A shorter rental period may be possible by arrangement. If there are free capacities on the part of the administration, it may be possible to rent the same or another room in the residential home as the main tenant after the subletting. The rent covers all usual ancillary costs: costs for caretaker, heating, electricity, internet connection, water and waste, as well as the use of washing machine and dryer The living space is aimed at young people in education, training or studies. This is a requirement of the administration.
