1 room single room

We are looking for 1 or 2 new roommates starting from 1 October 2026 for the two rooms becoming available in the beautiful Pfarrhaus in Niederscherli. Do you wish for a home where freedom and community have equal space and there is much opportunity to help shape the garden? Then this could be exactly the right place for you. You are a responsible, sensitive person with a positive outlook on life, for whom a sustainable lifestyle is important. You are good at being alone and want to be part of a newly forming community. You like animals (cat & hedgehog family). Authentic communication with clear agreements is important to you. Our home: The Pfarrhaus in Niederscherli is 5 minutes from the train station with lots of greenery all around, near the forest and the Sense. The available rooms: Room 1: ground floor, 12 m2, private balcony, 670.-/M. incl. NK. Room 2: ground floor, 17 m2, 620.-/M. incl. NK. There is the possibility to rent both rooms together. We use the living room, large cellar & garage together. About us: We are a mixed group that is currently in the process of forming. We maintain a respectful and considerate interaction with one another. We live mostly vegan or vegetarian. Katharina(42): I am a person with depth and enjoy working and making an impact in the garden. My cat Melina- Gioia as well as yoga and mantra singing are my daily companions. I work as a kindergarten teacher, yoga teacher and lead singing circles. Additionally, I have newly started a body-centered therapy training at IBP. Oli (34): I am a versatile mind seeking the perfect balance between creative compensation, nature and future topics: In my free time I like to make music with the guitar or percussion, stand at the stove or prefer to garden relaxedly with a coffee in hand. When I am not out hiking, I deal professionally with the energy transition. Dario(33): I am Dario, have worked as a teacher for several years recently and want to attend the PH starting in autumn. My hobbies are playing guitar, mischief and reading. I also like watching series or films when the opportunity arises. Additionally, I like meeting friends and am happy when I can be in nature.
