I rent out my private, furnished area in a listed villa for a few months. The unit consists of two rooms one behind the other with a bathroom including WC in the middle. The kitchen is shared, as well as numerous other communal rooms. A total of eight adults and two children live in the villa, the community is familial, uncomplicated and cordial. The villa is located directly on the edge of the forest and is ideal for nature lovers. At the same time, Winterthur train station can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. If required, a parking space can also be rented. Ideal for all those who are looking for a special living atmosphere for a limited time.
