Room in a shared flat

In our family house in Rolle we are renting out a beautiful furnished room with its own, separate bathroom.
We are an international family with two teenagers and look forward to an open, friendly and uncomplicated person, ideally a female or male student.
The house is located in a quiet location, approx. 10 minutes on foot from Rolle station and from the lake. Rolle is a charming small town and can be reached by train in about 25 minutes from Geneva or Lausanne.
We are looking for a person who fits well into our family environment and is interested in pleasant, respectful coexistence.
