For a cozy 2-person shared apartment at Bellevuestrasse 44 in Hochdorf, I am looking for a sympathetic and reliable female or male flatmate. \- Room: approx. 12.9 m² \- Rent: CHF 700.– incl. estimated utility costs \- Own attic compartment for exclusive use \- Forest directly in front of the door \- Good public transport connections, train station within a few minutes' walk \- Electricity, WLAN & other shared costs will be split 50/50 The common rooms are welcome to be co-designed and your own furniture can, of course, be brought along – I am very flexible regarding that. Briefly about me: I am female, 34, employed and still relatively new to the area. An uncomplicated, respectful and trusting coexistence is important to me.
