Room in a shared flat

I’m subletting one of the two bedrooms in my lovely apartment during the months of February, March and half April, while I’m away traveling.
The room is part of my home and is ideal for someone looking for a peaceful, cozy and well-cared-for place to stay, rather than just somewhere to sleep.
You’ll have your own private room and share with another person the rest of the apartment which has a warm, calm atmosphere and everything you need to feel at home.
I’m ideally looking for one respectful, clean and reliable person who will treat the space with the same care I do (and water my plants hihi).
Available Feb 1st till April 15th (negotiable)
The exact dates may be slightly negotiable if the vibes align and we find a solution that works for both of us.
Since this is my personal home, finding the right person matters to me just as much as filling the room.
