We are going to hand over our apartment located in the heart of Fribourg at the level of parc Domino in the Pérolles district as of 1st December 2026 due to a purchase.

The apartment is very bright because it is through-living from east to west. It is located 10 min walking from the station, close to the largest park in the city, a large Migros, the Hautes écoles, the university and a small forest that descends directly into the lower town, the bucolic center of Fribourg.
It consists of 3 bedrooms (12, 14 and 14 m2) on the courtyard side, a large living-dining room, a veranda (currently used as a guest room), a small balcony, a well-equipped separate kitchen, a bathroom with WC and an additional WC.
The building includes a common bicycle room with a common laundry room as well as a private cellar. There is also underground parking but we do not have a parking space. We used the city parking permits.
