Hi everyone, I am Simone and I am 30 years old. From mid-September I will often be abroad and for this reason I am looking for a roommate, to share a large, totally renovated detached house located in Caslano. The free room is a very large double room and the house is located in a very quiet area, literally a stone's throw from the lake. Less than a minute's walk away is the train station (FLP) which connects Caslano with Lugano and Ponte Tresa (Italy). The idea is to rent one of the 3 large double rooms, and share the common spaces of the house, which is composed as follows: \- Kitchen with oven, dishwasher and ceramic glass hobs; \- Dining room + Living room; \- 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower); \- Small room used as a gym, with weight rack and a couple of training equipments; \- Large private garden that goes around the house, where you can have a barbecue or sunbathe; \- Private parking if necessary; \- Usable cellar + private laundry room with washing machine and dryer; \- Unlimited wi-fi connection included; \- Private electric car charging station; THE COST FOR THE RENT OF THE ROOM IS 650.- TO WHICH 50.- OF EXPENSES MUST BE ADDED, WHICH INCLUDE ALL UTILITIES.
