I am looking for a subtenant for my apartment near Bäckeranlage immediately. The most important facts: * Large living/dining area with open kitchen * Brand new kitchen (used less than 5 times) * Cozy Swedish stove * Closed bedroom with built-in wardrobe (4-door) * Large bathroom with bathtub * Separate toilet * Privacy blinds everywhere (except toilet) * 5th floor, no elevator (daily workout guaranteed) * Basement and attic compartment * Washing machine and dryer in the laundry room * best neighbors 🙂, private landlord The apartment is located in the heart of district 4, so life is happening right around the corner! Nevertheless, it is very quiet. I am only leaving this apartment for love. Otherwise, I would never give up this gem. The process is as follows: I will report 3-5 candidates to the landlord. During the viewing, I will provide my contact details. If interested, the following documents must be sent * Personal details (name, date of birth, current address) * Debt collection report * Reference from current landlord (name and phone number) * Reference from employer (name and phone number) * Proof of income (pay slip or pay statement, which will of course not be looked at by me) → The apartment must be taken over by August 1st at the latest (earlier takeover preferred)
