Room in a shared flat

Hi!

From October 2026, a room in our beautiful 5.5-room apartment in Alt-Wiedikon (8045 Zürich) will become available.
We are a 4-person shared apartment (currently Florian, Niklas, Nici and Katja) and share a sunny 130 m² apartment with two large balconies.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a large living room as well as two bathrooms with a washing machine and dryer.

The room that will become free is 12 qm in size, the rent is CHF1420 and includes utilities, internet as well as a cleaning of the common areas every two weeks.

We are all in our late 20s, employed and looking for people in a similar stage of life. Preferably a woman to maintain the balance in the shared apartment.
We all have quite full schedules, but we are a social shared apartment and always look forward to a cozy chat in the kitchen or a shared drink on the balcony when we are at home.
