Available from 1 September 2026 Looking for a new main tenant (Hauptmieter/in) for a 4.5-room apartment on Langstrasse, 8005 Zürich. The apartment is approximately 75 m², on the 4th floor with elevator. You will have two connecting private rooms of approximately 15 m² each, ideal as a separate bedroom and private living room/home office. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with one flatmate, Charlotte (29, German), who has her own two private rooms. Amenities: -Dishwasher -Shared building laundry room with no fixed schedule -Elevator -Keller/storage space Location -Zürich HB – approx. 10-minute walk -Limmatplatz tram stop – approx. 2 minutes -Bus 31 & 32 nearby -Oberer Letten – approx. 7-minute walk The apartment is directly on Langstrasse. It's a lively, central location, so it's best suited to someone who enjoys the area and isn't particularly sensitive to street noise.
