2 rooms apartment

I am looking for a subtenant for the beautiful 2.5-room apartment from September or October. The exact handover date is flexible, as the apartment has not been cancelled yet and is based on the date of re-rental. The apartment has: * Bedroom * Living room * Dining area with kitchen * Bathroom / WC * Large balcony I would only hand over the apartment furnished in principle. Individual personal items and decorations will be taken with me if necessary. The price for the furniture will be discussed on site during a visit.
