Bright, cozy room - inexpensive and optimally located. Completely furnished with a bed (incl. bedding), large wardrobe, desk with chair, shelf, nightstand, lamps and LCD-TV. Free, fast WLAN is also included.

All utilities such as electricity, water, heating and fast WLAN are included in the rental price. We attach great importance to a clean apartment and therefore clean the common areas regularly. The cleaning is, by the way, included in the price.

The bathroom and the kitchen are shared with quiet and friendly roommates. The living atmosphere is well-maintained, with clear rules for peace and cleanliness - not a classic WG. People say hello to each other, but everyone lives their own life.

No extract from the debt enforcement register and no employer certificate are required, as we put the person at the center. We only want serious and decent tenants. Move-in is possible as early as today or by arrangement, depending on availability. The minimum rental period is 1 month. Notice period is optionally 14 or 30 days. The deposit is 1 month's rent (no installment payments possible).
