Room in a shared flat

We have a large room available in our huge apartment in Oetwil am See. The room is large, bright and fully furnished. The apartment is centrally located 1min from the bus station «Zentrum». There are 2 bathrooms with 2 showers and a modern kitchen. We currently have a cleaning lady who comes every 2 weeks and costs 50.-/person and month. All utility costs such as fast Swisscom internet are also included. You can get anywhere in no time by public transport, 12min to Männedorf / 25min Uster or 32min to Zürich-Zentrum. Parking spaces are available and shopping facilities are right around the corner. We are Rogerio, Marlon, Mattias, and Nigel. We appreciate a tidy apartment and respectful as well as uncomplicated interaction with one another.
