Room in a shared flat

Dear shared flat seekers We are looking for a new roommate for our cozy four-person shared flat. Who are we? We are Laura, Niko, and Christian (31, 32, and 33 years old). We are all employed in different industries (real estate, social services, education). We have known each other for a while, so we know both the good and the bad sides of each other 😄 Together, we enjoy grilling in the evenings, going out, or simply relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine or beer, or watching Netflix in peace. Friends are also always welcome. Of course, we also respect each person's privacy and retreat spaces. What do we offer? Your room: 14.5 sqm unfurnished The apartment: Everything you need 😄 (large living room, 3 balconies, own washing machine/dryer, grill, pool table, etc.) Location: Central and yet quiet Costs: Included are NK, electricity, TV fees, internet, TV, and various streaming services, as well as a cleaning lady who cleans the apartment (excluding bedrooms) every two weeks: The room is available from September 1, 2026. What are we looking for? You should fit in well with our relaxed but also entrepreneurial togetherness. Whether you work or study is irrelevant to us - as long as you are reliable, tidy, and enjoy friendly shared flat life. Ideally, you are between 25 and 35 years old and speak German/Swiss German.
