On behalf of our client, we are renting out a characterful vaulted cellar with access via an external staircase. The cellar is ideally suited for the storage of, for example, wine, provisions, or materials, but can equally be excellently used by craftsmen, tinkerers, or creatives as a workspace, studio, or hobby room. Access to the vaulted cellar is ensured through a separate building entrance. Currently, there is no water connection available. If there is a corresponding need, a water connection as well as the installation of a WC can be realized at additional cost. We are at your disposal for further information or a viewing.
