We rent a 2.5 room apartment in the center of Oberdiessbach. Available from 01.06.2026 The multi-family house has a communal outdoor area that can be used by all tenants. The apartment is centrally located, in close proximity to the train station and shopping facilities. The apartment has its own washing machine. A prerequisite for renting is a debt collection register extract and a rental deposit of CHF 1'500.00. Neither a parking space, basement nor an elevator are available (the apartment is located on the 3rd floor). The apartment is designated as a non-smoking apartment.
