We are looking for a successor tenant for our modern 2.5-room apartment in a new building at Guggerweg 3, 8057 Zürich. The building was newly built in 2026 and we were the first tenants of this apartment. The apartment is modern, bright, and comfortably equipped. The tram lines 5 and 7 are reachable in approx. 5 minutes walking distance. The Milchbuck stop is also approx. 5 minutes walking distance away. Various tram and bus lines run from there. Zürich Hauptbahnhof (Zürich HB/SBB) is reachable by tram in approx. 10 minutes. Additionally, tram 10 runs directly from Milchbuck to Zürich Airport. MOBILE/FURNITURE There is the possibility to take over various pieces of furniture currently in the apartment, by arrangement. AVAILABILITY The start of the lease is planned from January 2027.
