Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a female flatmate max. 36 years young in beautiful Wädenswil in the new Aupark, 5 minutes walking distance to the lake. My 9-month-old dog lives with me, which is why you should be a dog lover and have some understanding for my dog, as she is an anxious dog bzw. reactive dog. Cleanliness is also important to me :-) I am open to joint activities, or cooking together occasionally etc. The room is furnished, so it would be available to rent for a few months or long-term.
