Room in a shared flat

For a bright 4-room apartment (91 m²) on the 1st floor of a two-family house, we are looking for a flatmate for a 3-person shared apartment. Two rooms (20.6 m² + 12.6 m² = 33.2 m²) as well as a sunny balcony are available for your private use. The two rooms are connected to each other by a spacious sliding door. The kitchen, bathroom, and living hallway/corridor are used communally. Currently, a sports student and an intensive care nurse live in the shared apartment. All operating costs are included in the rental costs as a flat rate (incl. electricity, water, and WLAN). The laundry room with a washing machine is located in the basement. Additionally, storage space in the basement as well as a covered bicycle parking space are available. The apartment is located in a very quiet and sunny location between Aare and Gurten. The Aare is reachable in only 5 minutes on foot, Bern main station or the city center in approx. 15 minutes by bicycle. Non-smokers only, please. No pets.
