The WG room is available for sublet from 15.06.2026 to 31.08.2026. The apartment is located in a stylishly renovated old building on the 2nd floor and impresses with a modern kitchen, a high-quality bathroom, two sunny balconies, and its own laundry tower. Furthermore, there is a large cellar compartment for shared use. The high ceilings give the apartment a spacious and bright feeling. The room is partially furnished and has direct access to the balcony, which faces the quiet courtyard. It is equipped with a one-and-a-half bed, a spacious desk with a height-adjustable office chair, and a large three-door wardrobe. Thanks to the dimmable light, the atmosphere can be flexibly designed. The location is hard to beat: directly by the popular Idaplatz (Kreis 3), with numerous bars, restaurants, and cafés in the immediate vicinity – and yet quiet, as the room faces the courtyard. The tram stops Bertastrasse (Line 8) and Lochergut (Lines 2 & 3) are reachable within a few minutes' walk. Me (flatmate) I am a tech startup entrepreneur and work 100% from home – but in my own room. I am extroverted, social, and enjoy being a host: sometimes there is elaborate cooking or a wine tasting. Otherwise, I am more of a night owl than an early riser, do a lot of sports (running, calisthenics, kitesurfing, skiing) and love good techno music, good food & wine, cycling in the city, and traveling. I am a non-smoker, tidy, and value good conversations and real friendships. I am looking for Someone who is a non-smoker, tidy and considerate, open and internationally minded. Someone with little or no home office, who is social and active – more of a night owl than a super early riser. Anyone who likes electronic music, sports, cooking, and occasional hosting, and appreciates a relaxed but proactive WG atmosphere, will feel at home here.
