Room in a shared flat

It is a spacious, bright room (24 m2) in our 6-person shared flat and is located on the second floor with a view of the greenery, in a quiet location. All utility costs are included in the rental price (Internet (Wifi), electricity, water, heating, Billag etc.). The shared flat is located in a part of the house spanning 3 floors and has 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a large kitchen, a large dining room/living room, own washing machine and tumbler, garden incl. patio (which can be actively helped to design). A parking space for one car would also be available. Nearby: Bus stop in front of the house, connections to Wädenswil station every 15 min. 10-15 min on foot to Au station (S8 and SN8). For students (ZHAW) ideal connection without changing to Campus Grüental, connections to Campus Reidbach approx. every 15 min. 2-3 min to the greenery between Wädenswil and Horgen. 2 min to the highway. We are 3 men and 3 women, between 23 and 36 years old, students as well as professionals. We like to do things together sometimes, e.g., shared dinners, gardening, barbecuing in the garden, chilling by the lake, playing games, movie nights, etc. and are always open to new suggestions. I (Luisa, 26 years old, student) will be abroad for 3 months starting from October, which is why my room is available for sublet for **this duration (**move-out time negotiable). It is furnished, but cleared of private items. We are looking for an interested, tidy and LGBTQ+ friendly person who is looking for more than just a purely functional community. In our 6-person shared flat, someone can always be found for joint activities, but one can also withdraw well.
