Room in a shared flat

Hi there! My roommate is moving out and I (Spanish, 28 year old female) am looking for a new person to take the room. The apartment is very spacious and well- furnished, it is on the ground floor, so there is a small garden. It is very close to the river, to Wipkingen and Hardbrücke Station. There is also a parking space option (for 150 CHF a month extra) in a garage within the building, if you are interested. The furniture in the room is almost new (bought February 2024) and it is for sale (bed, 2 wardrobes, 1 night stand, 1 drawer, 1 small table. The deposit is 3 month worth of rent (4,725 CHF).
