Charming renovated Grisons farmhouse in a quiet location in the Grisons Highlands. Preferably long-term rental for 1 or 2 years, with option to extend. Private bedroom (double bed, see picture) + guest room for own use. Kitchen, living room, balcony, bathroom and surrounding area for shared use. I myself use the part of the house on average 1 time per month for 5 days. It can be continuously coordinated who is there when. More information: The part of the house includes three bedrooms, so both parties can use one bedroom for themselves and leave their utensils and bed linen there and furnish it to their own taste. Additionally, another bedroom is available for guests. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking (electric or wood with Tiba) and for cozy living, next to the living room with soapstone stove. All rooms can be heated with wood or electronically, and a solar system has been installed since 2025. The bathroom has enough space to store your own utensils during your absence. The part of the house is enriched by a narrow balcony and a small surrounding area, both with seating possibilities, also for eating outside. The house is located in Vrin-Dado, Val Lumnezia (GR), the Greina is very close and there are numerous hiking opportunities and in winter almost all snow sports can be enjoyed: cross-country skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing, sledding, winter hiking, much of it directly from the house. Two parking spaces at the house, public transport 5 minutes away. Various culinary delights are offered by the Volg, the bakery and organic butcher, the café or the restaurant, all within 5 minutes' reach.
