This is a 3.5hk apt of which you will be renting a 10m2 room. it has a beautiful view of zuriberg from the balcony and a spacious living room. The room is furnished with a small desk, a closet and bed. The location is very well connected. The apartment in 3 mins away from the nearest coop, migros, and denner and also right across the street from tulpenstrasse bus stop and uberlandpark tram stop. My current flatmate is moving out so looking for a new roommate around 24 to 30 of age who is ok living in a shared apartment.
