Room in a shared flat

**Wunderschoenen guten Tag,** Have you got a desire for a unique opportunity in a dreamy shared flat in the middle of Wollishofen. We are looking for a successor for a shared room – **1165 CHF per month**. The room is spacious (**21.6 m²**) and beautifully bright (south-facing). The room is **available from 01.09.2026 without a fixed term**. The shared flat is within walking distance, only 2 **minutes from Wollishofen train station** and **5 minutes from Landiwiese**, making it ideally located, no matter where you work in Zurich or what you do in your free time. The apartment includes, in addition to the bathroom and kitchen, a living room, dining room, a **private washing machine**, and a **beautiful roof terrace**, which we use together. **We are:** * **Jakob (25, DE):** Works at a bank and likes to do a lot of sports in his free time – including gym, bike rides, and cooking excellently * **Flo (30, CH):** Works in an engineering office and also does a lot of sports – including padel, fitness, and much more. * **Stephan (29, DE):** Political scientist, passionate runner and cyclist, and likes to be in the mountains (climbing, hiking, mountaineering). Unfortunately, **Stephan will be leaving us at the end of August**, because for the time being, we still spend time together regularly and totally casually. This is for a short conversation in the doorway, during sports, while cooking and eating, or on a lazy Sunday on the couch. Consequently, we are looking for an **active addition** to our shared flat – let us know who you are, what you do, and how you spend your free time.
