Located in the municipality of Thônex, close to all amenities (public transport for Geneva city center, shopping center). The room is furnished, bright and offers a calm and pleasant living environment.

Please note: The apartment is shared with two people (my son and myself).

To ensure the best possible cohabitation, we are looking for a person:

Serious and respectful of everyone's peace and quiet.

Solvent (proof of income or guarantor requested).

In order (person must possess valid identity documents / residence permit).

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

Documents to be provided following the visit:

Identity document.

3 latest payslips (or proof of solvency).

Extract from the Office des Poursuites.
