Room in a shared flat

Per mid-September, we are looking for a **couple** as successors for our beautiful shared flat room, which we are leaving with heavy hearts. With its **110 m² spread over three floors**, the apartment offers plenty of space for a total of four residents and is ideal for all people who appreciate shared living while simultaneously having enough opportunities to retreat. About me: I am Sarah, 23 years old, originally from Liechtenstein and have been living in Zürich for three years. I am studying veterinary medicine and am currently in the final phase of my Bachelor's. If everything goes according to plan, I will start my Master's in the autumn. In my free time, I like to be on the go – whether at flea markets and second-hand shops (Brockis), reading, crocheting, or trying out new vegan recipes. My signature dish is a red peanut curry, which I like to cook for you sometimes. Plants are also a must for me. The third shared flat room will also become vacant. If you are quick, you can even have a say in the selection of the fourth roommate. Who we are looking for: We are looking for an uncomplicated, open couple who are interested in harmonious shared living. It is important to us that you are considerate, reliable, and tidy, and that you feel as comfortable in the common rooms as we do. It shouldn't be a purely functional shared flat (Zweck-WG) for us: a shared coffee in the morning, cooking together, a game night, or a cozy evening on the roof terrace are very welcome. At the same time, it is a matter of course for us that each person also needs time for themselves. Since we are moving out of the apartment, the incoming couple will take over the main tenancy of the apartment. On the top floor, there is a small anteroom – ideal for drying laundry – with access to the approximately **23 m² large roof terrace**. It invites you to barbecue, relax, or enjoy cozy summer evenings with friends. **The location** The apartment is located in a quiet and well-maintained residential complex with residents of all age groups. The tram stop **Altried** (Line 9 as well as various bus lines) is located directly in front of the complex. The **Mattenhof** stop (Tram 7) is also easily reachable on foot. You can reach **Stettbach** station in about **7 minutes by bike**, from where there are fast connections throughout Switzerland. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity: Coop and Aldi within a few minutes' walk Migros at Stettbach station The Glattzentrum with numerous shops is also quickly accessible. For all people who like to be outdoors, the **Glatt** as well as the forest at the foot of the Zürichberg are practically at your doorstep – perfect for walking, jogging, or simply switching off.
