Room in a shared flat

Do you want to live in the green, quiet, sunny and with a view of fields and forest? And yet close to the city (25min to Winterthur HB, 35min to Zürich HB by bus and train)? Then come join us! Our 8-room shared house is located in Winterberg, is 125 years old and has both rustic and modern amenities. The ground floor with laundry room, WC, kitchen, conservatory with south view, and a large living room to help design is used by everyone together. Also a barn with storage space and a small house with garden tools and bicycle parking spaces belong to the property. In the spacious garden with numerous vegetable beds, a flower slope and meadow areas, everyone can plant and relax and enjoy the sun. Soon two rooms on the 2nd floor with sloped ceilings (12m2 each) will become available. The rooms can either be rented individually for 530 Franken or together for 935 Franken. In one of the rooms there is a built-in wardrobe and a built-in bookshelf. The floor consists of maple parquet or cork respectively. If desired, an additional bed and a table can be provided. The rent is incl. aconto utilities, i.e., WLAN internet, electricity, etc. The start of the lease is flexible and also earlier (from 27. July) or later is possible. **We are looking for:** open, sociable nature lovers, non-smokers, between 25 and 55 years old, who like to keep things clean and cozy and are willing to help with the work arising in and around the house. We look forward to a social, relaxed shared living life with informal exchange and an occasional shared meal. **We are:** Monika (46), Kuno (62) and Manuela (62) with the dog Paula, and soon you? Monika works as a biostatistician, Manuela as technical lead of care in the nursery, Kuno tolerates newspapers among other things. We like to cook and eat (also with guests), and in our free time we like being outside gardening and hiking.
