Room in a shared flat

From December 2026, I am subletting a room in my apartment. The apartment is pleasantly quietly located with 3 nice neighbors. The apartment is furnished. A small cellar is also available to store materials. As a subtenant, you have your own room and everything else for shared use. I am looking for a person who is looking for an apartment for a longer period of time. The costs amount to 930 CHF, including everything (rent, utilities, internet, insurance, electricity, water). The PSI can be reached by car in 15min. With the bus, it is 18min from Brugg Bahnhof. The way to the station takes approx. 15min on foot or 5min by bicycle. To the FHNW it is just under 10min on foot. Particularly beautiful are the 3 rivers which are all within walking distance and invite you to walk and jog. The huge balcony (>20qm) with grill and lounge invites you to linger. Washing machine and tumbler are available for use in the cellar. Regarding washing time, there are hardly any restrictions. Washing can also be done every day. If required, a parking space can be rented additionally for 110 CHF. A bicycle room is available.
