Room in a shared flat

Hello There We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our shared flat in Kloten from 15 July onwards. **Flat and General Area** The apartment is located on the third floor of Härdlenstrasse 46. It is a duplex with two floors, two bathrooms (both with showers), four bedrooms and two relaxation and socialising spaces. We also have our own washing machine and tumble dryer. Next to the occasional plane flying overhead, the area is generally quiet and home to a variety of residents, such asfamilies and other shared flats with students and/or flight attendants. There is a bus stop near our doorstep and many others nearby. What's more, the supermarkets in Kloten and at the airport can be reached easily on foot, by bicycle or by public transport. **The Room** The Room is on the lower floor, 11 m² and has direct access to the balcony. Please take into account, that the items you see in the image are not included once you acquire the room. **Rent and other costs** The rent is CHF 570 per month, including Wi-Fi. Quarterly electricity and heating bills are not included in the rent and usually cost around CHF 80– CHF 120 per person per quarter. **We, the people** In our household, we have Dario (32), a plane technician who loves the gym and his motorbike more than us; Theresa (26), a peppy student with a concerning pasta addiction; and Sebastian Jordan (30), an introvert who can only be lured out of his room by tennis and Star Wars. **We are looking for:** We are looking for someone aged 25-35. While we prefer commuters who are seldom at the flat, we will still consider flatmates who study or work. Juli eine neue Mitbewohner:in für unsere WG in Kloten. **Wohnung und Umgebung** Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock der Härdlenstrasse 46. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung mit zwei Etagen, zwei Badezimmern (beide mit Dusche), vier Schlafzimmern und zwei Bereichen zum Entspannen und Zeit geniessen. Ausserdem verfügen wir über eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Abgesehen von gelegentlichen Flugzeugen, die über uns hinwegfliegen, ist die Gegend im Allgemeinen ruhig und ist bewohnt mit einer bunten Mischung von Familien sowie andere Wohngemeinschaften mit Student:innen und/oder Flugbegleiter:innen. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor unserer Haustür, viele weitere sind in der Nähe. Zudem sind die Supermärkte in Kloten und am Flughafen bequem zu Fuss, mit dem Fahrrad oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. **Das Zimmer** Das Zimmer befindet sich im Untergeschoss, ist 11 m² grossund verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Bitte beachte, dass die auf dem Bild abgebildeten Gegenstände nicht im Mietangebot enthalten sind. **Miete und sonstige Kosten** Die Miete beträgt 570 CHF pro Monat, inklusive WLAN.
